The waitress made our visit absolutely wonderful! Came in to eat and our waitress was Amanda/A.J. She made our visit the best and most fun we've had at a restaurant in ages! I have told everyone about her and to go see her. She is what a waitress should be! Will definitely be back.

I eat here a few times per month. The cedar grilled lemon chicken is a GREAT healthy option. Taylor is a fantastic server here and always makes it a nice experience!

My pasta was dry though I had paid for extra sauce. The food was cold but it was curbside pick up so I don't blame them for that lol the garlic green beans were soggy and no one would eat them. Aside from that it was good. The no extra sauce really made my dish not good.

The staff here are a delight to talk to and food is typically served fast and hot. They have a wide selection of food to suffice each family member. It stays busy, but not too crowded. Overall, I recommend this as a good place to go enjoy your food with family and friends.

Service...wow!Our coupons were for another franchise but they still accepted them here. (I didn't get the name of the Manager...thank you!) Then Shawn (server of only 3weeks) was amazing and understanding with all our kids being not so quiet.Excellent experience!

Fantastic spot to eat something when in a hurry. Their service is fast, prices are fair, good atmosphere. I highly recommend this spot.

The place was empty, bar was full. It took like what seemed forever for our appetizers to arrive. We had barely begun to eat them when waitress brought out entrees. She did ask if we wanted her to hold them. My husband's was nothing like what we saw online. He was very disappointed. He said it was bland and the gravy was like soup. Our waitress was not super attentive. She was rolling silverware while we waited endlessly for our appetizers. I left her a tip even though she was not that good. The poor meal was not her fault. My husband was charged 10.99 fir his bowl and mine was 9.99. On tv they advertised 7.99. Overall we spent $60 and went home disappointed. This is the second time we were unhappy with our meal. Guess we just won't be going there any more.

My husband's steak tasted gamey, he ask for medium well, which should have a slight pink but it wasn't. The place seemed a little dingy. The waitress didn't remember our chips and salsa. She added our ticket to the people next to us and they almost paid for it until they corrected her. It bothered me when I asked if my child could have chicken strips and mac and cheese, and she said no that's two different meals and then went on telling what I should get. I believe, the mother knows what my child eats. I wasn't impressed. I gave it a two star because I at we got our food and drinks. I don't know I will be returning.

Great Whiskey Burger and club sandwich. Freshly made and hot. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. Manager always comes around to say hello and check on your enjoyment of your food and service. Great place for a fast lunch or a meal with no time restraints.

Server was great. Typical steam bag food though. My wife had the chicken wonton stir fry...tasted like a lean cuisine. Ordering food that's grilled is probably ur best bet....usually at any commercial restaurant

This is a great place. Very clean and the food is excellent. The service was wonderful. I got the four cheese Mac n cheese with honey pepper chicken strips and it was fantastic, not spicy.

Ashley was the friendliest hostess I've seen at any restaurant in a good while. Very kind, made sure everything was good for us, and kept us happy. If you go here, try to make sure she's there and you'll have an amazing dinner with your family.

Got here at happy hour after shopping with my honey at one of our favorite shopping malls- Tanger Mall. Started with nice portion of Cheesy sticks and then we devoured our main entree of baby-back ribs & salmon dish delight. Two sides with our main course filled us up. Our charming server is Andrea. She kept our drinks replenished and was a delight this special evening.

Lauren our servicer was amazing! She was friendly and made sure our drinks was filled the complete time a HUGE plus for our family! The spinach artichoke dip was piping hot and delicious! Kids dinner and adults looked amazing and tasted just as delicious! Great place for the family!

Here right now, food and drinks were good. One thing though, we almost had to seat ourselves. And after we did get seated, there were at least 6 more folks came in, in separate groups, sort of looking around and waiting for someone to come forward to seat them. We told 'em come further in so someone would finally see them.

We quit going to Applebees in Terrell several (5-6) years ago because the food and service was so bad, and the place had a bad odor to it. Last night we decided to try them again.. still smelled the same, (in my opinion restaurants should not have carpet) it had a sour smell.Our waitress was good, 2 different waitstaff's brought a plate each to our table, one plate was what I had ordered the other was not. They left mine and walked around with the other one until they found a table that had ordered it. We got the other plate 10 or so minutes later. I left most of mine, it was drive through/fast food quality. The table behind us was complaining about their food taking to long and being cold. Its sad that we have to drive out of Terrell to eat Dinner. Terrell really has no decent places to eat.

Really nice wait staff and our waiter was great. Even though we rolled in late at night, the food was still good overall. The atmosphere was good and the price was good. Will be back while we drive through again.

They have French Onion soup! And it was good! Our waitress was attentive. There were lots of other things on the menu I would like to try but I knew since we had ordered the appetizer sampler (it was good too) I would be too full for an entire, and I was.

The the food there is delicious and the team is very friendly and cooperative. Whenever we eat in this place we have a delightful evening. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

WORST SERVICE! Was only greeted by hostess (They were great)Waited at our table over 10 minutes and nobody came to ask us for our drink order. Saw a bunch of waitresses walking around and waited patiently and decided to get up and go.Hopefully the manager reads our reviews and takes it seriously!

5 stars just got our waitress, Dianna R. She was an incredible server. She gave us enough time to talk between checking on us. I ordered the broccoli chicken Alfredo, while my fiancé and my brother ordered the brunch burger. She was exquisite and so was our Applebee’s experience.

The staff are always very friendly. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The variety of dishes is great. Their hamburgers are the best! My husband loves the ribs.
